Pris showing off the navy blue, cashmere scarf she is taking to Jane for a hostess gift. She’ll probably wrap herself in it when she leaves for Wyoming. She’ll feel the cold there after having been in Arizona.
I must say, Pris has exquisite taste. And if it stays as chilly as it is today, she’s going to want the scarf wrapped tight around her as she flies into Laramie- we have snow flurries and a temperature of about 10 degrees right now!(Our annual Thanksgiving-let’s-make-it-hard-for-the-students-to-travel-storm.)
Is my Sister ever at home
To Me here in Australia it seems this SOCIAL LIFE is right up her alley…she likes nothing better than being the ” TOAST OF THE TOWN ”
Mum and Dad (Jessie & Bert) used to always say
” How could Sisters be so different” One an Extrovert one and Introvert ..I try not to be the latter but I think I have left my RUN too late…..
Just an old fashioned home-body that’s me…but no sympathy from any of you please ….
Sis that colour suits you…you always loved Blue.
All for now from Dru (kisses for Vi and Ginger from me)Wed 22/11/07
PS Nearly forgot to wish you ” Happy Birthday Vi”
Hope the card arrives there in Arizona ASAP.Love Drux

Priscilla hails from Australia. Her journey was sponsored by Heather Blakey, the webmaster of the Soul Food Cafe. Priscilla set out on the first world, Soul Food Tour, to meet and work with members of the Soul Food Community. But just as Captain Cook left England to do more than monitor the Transit of Venus, Priscilla left Australian shores with a secret mission. By her own admission she is computer illiterate, let alone Web 2.0 savvy. Priscilla is hoping that her hosts will teach her all about the web and the exciting things she can do in cyber space. Then she will be truly able to call herself Priscilla, Queen of Cyber Space.
Very cool scarf, Pris. Tell Vi she has good taste.

As did you, Lori. Priscilla’s hostess gift to me was beautiful.
And, shewolfy, you had better have the fire burning brightly and a hot toddy ready for Pris when she arrives–she’ll need it.

The scarf looks utterly gorgeous and will be just the thing for Jane in Wyoming. I believe it gets very cold in them there hills
