I, the ever curious one, got my posterior a little too close to this devilish plant. Vi warned me, but you know me, always gotta see for myself. Vi then had the ticklish job of pulling those needles out of my bottom. Ouch, ouch, and ouch again. Was I ever embarrassed, having to bare my bottom to my hostess.

Ouch, Pris! They don’t look that nasty, do they? Who could know that the prickles on them would come off and stay in you? My sympathies…
Ouch! Just looking at them hurts.
Such a delicious sense of humour Vi. And P! I thought I told you to heed the advice of our hosts, especially in places like Arizona where they have spiky. stinging things everywhere.
